Dont forget about the other characters in the background like the butcher and the other students training.

yea we getting there if we keep this pass up then we will finish on time and at the same time we need quality but i say another 3 weeks and the characters are done and we can start shot gun tests.

Sounds like a plan. OK lets really go for it!
So is this the kind of style you're going for, for the characters? Or is that what what TJ means with more time to sort it out?
I think we still need to sort that out. These are done the way I draw, but since Im not animating we'll have to find something that everyone else is comfortable with.
But these gives a general idea where we are heading methinks
I like them, I was just thinking, for their body kinda shape something like Keith's ideas would be good, looks quite fluid and the style is nice.
Yeah his design of the girl and master is particularly good shapes. We should try keeping to those proportions methinks. TJ made some nice designs for the boy. We'll need to tie the different designs together somehow. But I think we wont have Keith here for the first week of uni. TJ and I were thinking that we could do some animation tests and when Keith is back we can all tie something down.
